Participation/Qualification:

Important Notes:
1. For your initial entries, the computer is programmed to place your Slots from top to bottom and left to right.
2. If you have purchased 3 Slots under a single Member ID, you are allocated with 5 Slots, giving you the opportunity to earn five incomes.
3. If your purchase is 7 Slots, you are allocated with 11 Slots, whereby you can earn eleven incomes.
4. K2020's conversion rates is 1EP = USD1.00 = RM3.00 both for purchases as well as commission/bonus payout.

Benefits:

1. Direct Commission (DC) - 12% based on 300 PV (1 minute payout)

Examples:
1. If you introduce a downliner whose purchase is 1 Slot;
   Your DC is 300 PV x 12% = 36EP = USD36.00
2. If the purchase is 3 Slots. Your DC is 900 PV x 12% = 108EP = USD108
3. If the purchase is 7 Slots. Your DC is 2100 PV x 12% = 252EP = USD252

2. Business Development Bonus (BDB)

• There is no restriction to the number of new Members you wish to recruit directly. New Members are to be placed in your network in two separate groups (Left and right). The larger group sales volume for the day will be considered as the Anchor Group and smaller group sales volume as Support Group.
• BDB is calculated daily in terms of cycles, basing on 20% of 300 PV of the support group and paid out the next day (12.01am).
• One cycle = 300PV/Left + 300PV/Right. BDB payable for one cycle = 60EP = USD60.
• The numbers of cycles eligible for payment for the day is determine by the Support Group. The maximum pay out in the day is 10 cycles or one completer cycle.
• One complete cycle = 3,000 PV on each group. Upon achieving one complete cycle in a single day, any remaining PV will be flushed. The following day, you will start from zero PV.
• If Complete Cycle not achieved in a single day, the balance PV will be carried forward to the next day.

Auto Maintenance Program (AMP)

• E-Wallet and M-Wallet are virtual wallets containing funds you have earns from the K2020 e-commerce business.
• 90% of your income will be kept in your E-Wallet and the remaining 10% will be transferred to your M-Wallet automatically.
• Administrative fees of 20% will be deducted from your M-Wallet.
• Funds in your E-Wallet can be utilized to purchase K2020's products personally or for other Members.
• But, funds in the M-Wallet can only be utilized for personal purchase in this AMP.
• Once the funds in the M-Wallet has been accumulated to 600 EPs, you are obliged to purchase a Re-Entry AMP Product.

3. Leadership Bonus - 11% from company’s monthly PV turnover

1. 1 Complete Cycle per month = 1 Share
2. Calculated and paid monthly
   - 1 to 5 Complete Cycles per month = Director
   - 6 to 10 Complete Cycles per month = Executive Director
   - 11 Complete Cycles and above per month = Presidential Director
3. Once status is achieved, it will be maintained permanently

4. Presidential Directors Bonus - 3% from company’s monthly PV turnover

• For Presidential Directors only.
• 1 complete cycle per quarter = 1 Share

E-MOBILE STOCKIST'S Bonus - 5%

• PERSONAL purchase (single Member ID) of 7 Slots (2,100 PV) in a SINGLE Purchase will automatically qualify as a E-Mobile Stockist
• 5% of PV (up to next qualified E-Mobile Stockist in network)
